The courtyard

We are entering the courtyard from the back of the house, come on through the wood gate covered with grapevine and more wisteria.
I will just let the pics talk... yes, that is a fireplace one of two on the property.
The french doors into that dining room. The hot tub to the left of course haha! To the right under the tree is the second pond.

The bushes on the other side of the table are more hydrangeas!
I am really hoping that lion fountain stays.

I think it would be fun to add one of these tables myself, such a sweet little place to have a romantic dinner with the hubby, maybe hang a chandelier from the roof here?

Hoping the picture stays too, if not I think this would be a great spot for a mirror or an old window.

Lets head to the garden and chicken coop!

Upstairs to the loft/office areas...

Lets head upstairs! From here you can see on the far right you can barely see the door to the guest bedroom, then looking left the door to the middle bedroom/dining, the door to the guest bath. One of the many things that appealed to us in this house was that our TV room would be upstairs. We will be warmer than in a basement, which is one of the reasons I don't really use our family room currently.
Did you notice the faux padded paint wall under the stairs?
the runner is kinda fun for now!
We've reached the top of the stairs. The wood on the ceiling here is fun, we are not sure if the book cases will stay, we hope so! Ooh, see that little door back there? That opens to another storage area with wood shelves for more holiday decoration storage! It is the area over the garage so it is huge!
We haven't decided if this will be my craft area, or Scott's office/our family room.

A quick look over the edge at the living room below.
There is also a peekaboo view of the bay from this area.
Lets head through the french doors.
Again we are not sure how we will use these 2 spaces exactly, either my craft area or the family room/office area.

A peek out the window at the garden area/chicken coop.

A look out the door from the windows in the office area.
Lets head out side next.
Back in a bit!

Bedrooms and bathrooms...

Next up is the guest bedroom... this room is getting new carpet before we even move in, and new paint. Since we are closing in the middle of the week I will paint this room, and then have new carpet installed before the weekend when the hubby helps me start moving stuff. In between coats of paint I will clean and lay down shelf liner.
It has a walk in closet.
The only room without a chandelier! Haha! I will be fixing that too!
The middle bedroom has been turned into a dining room, I am probably going to use this as a sun room/library area. Maybe with a day bed for guests too. The french doors lead out to the courtyard and hot tub, but lets see the rest of the inside of the house first!
This room does have a chandelier.
It does not have a closet.
This is the guest bath. It is dated, so the hubby and I have agreed we will do something about this room soon!
I LOVE how huge it is!
Nice big tub, I would like to have this be more spa like.
Lots of storage space for linens, towels etc.
Yes, it has a chandelier =)
 Next up, the master suite!
 HUGE windows again!
Soo pretty, we do have a peekaboo view of the bay from here too.
They have a huge TV on the wall!
Nice large space, furniture shopping for this space for sure ;)
What do you think of the bed? I kinda like it.
The master bath... now this room does not photograph well, it does not look so bad in real life.
The shower is a double with 2 shower heads which is lovely!
 It has a chandelier.

Did you see the walkin closet attached to the bathroom in the mirror?

One more look before we head to that closet.
Very large walkin closet, the ironing board stays, it is built in and folds up into the wall. My mom will be soo happy! (I don't own an ironing board currently, my mom has to iron on the kitchen counter at my house, haha!)
YES! It has a chandelier, and it is on a motion sensor so when you walk in, it turns on by itself =)
Umm, I may need to do some clothes shopping too! LOTS of storage space in here.
Okay, next up the loft and office area up the stairs.
